Question

Does height-stratified sampling keep more low-vegetation evidence than random sampling at 4,096 points?

Decision rule

At 4,096 points on the training plots, oracle low-vegetation IoU must rise by at least 2 points over random with a confidence interval above zero, and mIoU may drop by at most 1 point.

No training; labels only, 363 blocks of 5 m, five samplers at budgets from 1k to 16k points.
