Under a fixed point budget, does a sampler scored on height, observation sparsity and occlusion beat height-stratified selection on understory IoU?

Decision rule

Go / no-go on 30 Nov 2026 against height-stratified selection.

Compared with random, voxel-grid, farthest-point, the pipeline default and height-stratified selection at 1k to 16k points.
